ADDENDUM TO PRIVACY POLICY

FOR USERS SUBJECT TO CERTAIN PRIVACY LAWS

Introduction

At Two Star Games, LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it through our compliance with the Privacy Policy ("Policy") to which this Addendum is attached. Unless otherwise defined in this Addendum, capitalized terms shall have the meanings set forth in the Policy.

This Addendum applies solely to residents of the States of Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia who have interacted with us in the ways described in the Policy, and who have certain privacy rights under the applicable laws in their state (collectively, “Certain Privacy Laws”). Some of these laws may not yet be in effect.

Under these Certain Privacy Laws, users of our Services may have or will have certain rights to (i) request certain information regarding the categories and specific types of personal information that has been collected and (ii) request certain actions (e.g., opt-out, correct, delete, know) be done with such personal information.

This Addendum will describe these rights and then indicate the extent to which these rights apply to residents of each state under the applicable Certain Privacy Laws.

Collection of Information

We collect information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with a particular consumer or device (“Personal Information”). The ways we collect this Personal Information are set forth in further detail in the Policy.

The following is a list of categories of Personal Information which we may collect or may have been collected from users within the last twelve (12) months. This does not mean that all examples of that category of Personal Information were in fact collected by us but reflects our good faith belief to the best of our knowledge that some of that information from the applicable category may be and may have been collected. For example, certain categories of Personal Information would only be collected if you provided such Personal Information directly to us.

  • Identifiers. Examples: A real name, alias, postal address, unique personal identifier, online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address, account name, driver's license number, passport number, or other similar identifiers.

  • Personal information. Examples: A name, signature, Social Security number, physical characteristics or description, address, telephone number, passport number, driver's license or state identification card number, insurance policy number, education, employment, employment history, bank account number, credit card number, debit card number, or any other financial information, medical information, or health insurance information. Some personal information included in this category may overlap with other categories.

  • Commercial information. Examples: Records and history of products or services purchased or considered.

  • Internet or other similar network activity. Examples: Interaction with our Services.

Use of Information

​

The Policy sets forth in detail how we may use the information collected.

Recipients of Information

​

In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have not sold any personal information of consumers collected from the Services.

We may disclose your personal information to a third party for a business purpose. When we disclose personal information for a business purpose to service providers, we enter a contract that describes the purpose and requires the recipient to both keep that personal information confidential and not use it for any purpose except performing the contract. In the preceding twelve (12) months, we have shared personal information with our affiliates and service providers for business purposes.

Your Rights as a Resident of a State with Certain Privacy Laws

The Certain Privacy Laws give residents of that state the following rights:

  • Right to Know and Access. You have the right to request to know what Personal Information has been collected, shared, or sold, and the business or commercial purpose for such collection or sale. You have the right to access your Personal Information.

  • Right to Delete. You have the right to request that we delete any of your Personal Information that we collect, subject to certain exceptions. 

  • Right to Correct. You have the right to request correction of inaccurate Personal Information that we maintain about you or update the information we have on file. However, Iowa and Utah do not give consumers the right to correct.

  • Right to Opt-Out of Sales of Personal Information. You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information.

  • Right to Opt-Out of Targeted Advertising. You have the right to opt out of targeting advertising. 

  • Right to Opt-Out or Opt-In for Use of Sensitive Data. Sensitive Data is data that is personally revealing of racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, health conditions or diagnoses, sexual orientation or sexuality, or citizenship status. It also includes genetic or biometric, or personal data from a known child. In some states, it includes precise geolocation. We do NOT collect Sensitive Data as part of our Services. However, you have the following rights with respect to Sensitive Data:

In Iowa and Utah, you can opt out of the processing of Sensitive Data.

In Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia, we must obtain your permission before we process your Sensitive Data.

  • In Maryland, we are not allowed to process Sensitive Data unless the processing is strictly necessary to provide or maintain a specific product or service that you request.

  • Right to Data Portability. You have the right to obtain your Personal Information in a format that is portable, readily usable, concise, and easily intelligible.

  • Right to Non-Discrimination. You have the right to be protected from discrimination for exercising your rights. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the Certain Privacy Laws.
